It is critical you are honest with us about your waste items for disposal. Large and heavy waste items (concrete, rocks, bricks, tiles etc.) can radically change disposal fees. We will pass on such fees if these items are concealed and not initially agreed upon.
For safety and legal reasons, skip bins are not filled any higher than the rim. We load your items carefully, breaking down waste to reduce volume and avoid any spillage during transit. We load the skip because we want your experience to be EASY!

Yes, but… You can mix the rubbish you want to dispose of; however different rates apply for green waste, household rubbish, and concrete bricks.

We suggest you separate your waste as it is often much cheaper and better for the environment.
The maximum load for our skip bins is 1.8 tonnes unless previously agreed. This is a legal requirement based on the total maximum load. Rubbish removal greater than 3m³ is not permitted to be filled with any solid fill. (i.e. dirt, bricks, concrete, pavers etc.)
We are not allowed to carry any unsafe loads and we ask that you respect the legal and safety reasons for this. We safely stack your bin to water level (maximum), so that it can moved in transit safely.
The short answer is not without prior agreement. We can accommodate such jobs but need to know in advance to provide the right solution. Our standard skip hire is not suitable for this use case.
The 2 & 4 cubic metre bins can be filled to the rim with concrete, bricks if discussed and prior agreed.
If you have more then 2 cubic metres of very heavy material, we will discuss solutions and options before you proceed.

Gas Cyclinder Disposal
Your local service station is likely to have a gas bottle exchange service.
For large gas bottles, please call your supplier to see if they will collect it.
Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 cubic metres at the rate your job was priced at when you booked as we cannot replace work when we have vehicles and allocated staff booked at such short notice. A late notice cancellation is industry standard.
