Steve did an amazing job at our house for rubbish removal. We booked the job at such short notice and after 3PM on a Friday when all other bin removal agencies say no, but he came in and gave us a fair price for the trash volume.Easy skip hire is prompt, fair, and honest business. Unhappy that we supplied pictures, only for him to arrive and tell us he can't take most of the stuff. He also arrived in the morning when we had booked a 1pm appointment, as we knew we had other errands to attend to which is why we requested collection in the afternoon. He then still came early again at 12.30pm when we weren't home and started loading without us there to discuss the things he was unable to take. If he hadn't already started I would have told him not to bother. Before we got home he had sent a text asking about the items he couldn't take, then immediately tried calling while I was still reading the text message. Impatient. If you're unable to commit to a 1pm appointment that YOU made, don't make one. Total costs were still quite high given our yard is still full of trash. We now need to try and arrange another company to collect the rest and spend even more money.

Steve came by today to help move our big items out in preparation for a big relocation. We tried to pack everything neatly but Steve was happy to grab items as he went along. He was on time and was able to clear out our entire place SO quickly. He was efficient, fast, friendly and has the strength of superman (he picked up our washing machine like it was a piece of cardboard hahaha). The best experience to date, highly recommended. I would definitely go back if I ever need moving services to save myself time and stress.

Excellent!!!! They packed the skip for us! Two men took 45 min to pack the skip AND sweep and tidy up afterwards. Took them 45 min to do what would have takes 4 of us the whole day to do. They were happy to do our dusty awful job for us. Great customer service. GREAT PRICE too!

He was so easy to deal with and found solutions rather than problems for the varying rubbish that needed to be removed. Great person and very professional and had the rubbish removed by Monday. Andrew (operator for Templestowe area) was fabulous in removing the rubbish after we moved out of our house, sorted the eWaste etc; and nothing was too much trouble. The bonus was a seniors discount and as we paid by the volume and it was well packed, the actual cost was less than what a regular skip would have been if I actually could estimate the correct size. No mumbo jumbo about "cash jobs" I have experienced from previous skip hires as it was a simple credit card payment after the truck was loaded. The only complaint I have is that there are only 5 stars in the rating feedback as 6 would have been better!! Peter

This is a fantastic service. They turn up on time and load all of the rubbish from the small stuff to doors and old furniture. They break it down and make it so easy. The best thing is you don't have to guess what size skip you need and also don't have a big bin sitting in your front yard for days. Anthony was really friendly, obliging and professional.
