Now imagine if you ordered an old school bin and guessed size you needed based on first pics, it would have been waaaay to small for what you eventually did have! Hence the “we charge for exact volume by per cubic metre” model showing its true benefits here with our mobile skips on wheels which makes me very happy to have been able to make it easier for you guys.

A1 Service!!A big thank you to the team at Easy Skip Hire, especially Steve and Chayse.They were early, respected the property and professional from the outset.Easy Skip Hire were referred to me by the Wyndham Council and my experience with them tells me why.Not only did they do a fantastic job in clearing and removing the rubbish, but they were methodical as to how the loaded the skip to ensure I was getting the most efficient use of the volume.The crew onsite were professional, kept me in the informed along the way and I genuinely felt they were trying to help me out.I was impressed with the finer details too.Such as being careful with moving the rubbish and not damaging anything.Even the way they parked the truck is worth mentioning – as they didn’t have it reversed all the way onto the driveway, to ensure they didn’t crack the concrete etc.The guys ended up moving 14 cubic metres of rubbish for me and boy did they do it quick – Less than an hour!!I highly recommend them and they will be my "go to" with all my rubbish removal in the future.Thank you again Steve, Chayse and the team at Easy Skip Hire!

Wow! Amazing service!I worked so hard to cut these trees down and had no way of removing them, Steve and his crew came by and were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and were so fast.Highly recommended and definitely will be using them again.

Sent a photo of the hard rubbish and was quoted $135 per squared cubic metres, he charged me over $1000. He was very judgmental, complaining the whole time that it was dirty, disgusting and nasty. I obviously needed help, hence why I booked. I felt very judged and he embarrassed me with his comments.

Even though I felt we did our best for you in a set of challenging circumstances, we never would want you to feel like that. Apologies for that aspect. My reaction was only to some nasty waste not yourself personally. Well I’m in complete shock here. I’ve tried calling you and message you also to chat. Few facts. - You asked if we could come same day and we shuffled work to take that happen for you. - We advised for your specific job it was $135 per cubic metre X the exact amount to be collected. You approved it. - Upon arrival I personally advised you had 8-9 cubic metres, well more than it looked in the pics you sent and some items weren’t sent in pics. I asked did you want to proceed and you said “absolutely no worries. No worries at all.” - I had the same conversation with a carer who was on site also. Again all good please get it done. - We advised there was food waste, rotten items etc and rotten liquids that we are not allowed to accept. I showed you that it had gotten all over my gloves and uniform but I advised we would take it for you and said no worries we are here to help. Those exact words “we are here to help, it’s totally ok”. You thanked me several times and I said “all good no stress at all”. We measured it and advised again before submitting the invoice. You both said great thank you. We took before and after pics to show the work done. This is a shock and we have tried several times to reach you. Please make contact thanks Steve

If I could give Steve 10 stars I would. Steve was confronted with a clean up of a unit that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies.Steve took the time to assess the situation, provide some honest and frank feedback but then cracked on and got the job done.I could not recommend Steve more highly!

What a fantastic service this business offers, Not only were Steve and Chayse compassionate and polite, they were extremely fast with removal, they didn't bat an eyelid at the fridge that died during a power out and still had the same food in it. They were so professional that I would hire again with a spinal injury I can only do so much. What a relief it is to be able to finish cleaning up this disaster zone. 11/10

Thankyou Steve for helping us today. You were both so kind, understanding, empathetic and genuinely happy to help. Being non- judgemental is super important because often people holding on to items and "hoarding" is related to mental illness or disability. You go above and beyond and understand exactly how much of a positive impact can be made by supporting people to get rid of items. The fact you're willing to take your time, help do things and having a chat made me feel valued and understood. Other people have been rude and pushy and charge a lot more. You came out within 24 hours and provided information in writing beforehand too. I love that you only charge for the volume you actually take. Highly recommended, and as a bonus you offer NDIS billing which is very helpful. Keep being amazing!

Had a great experience with this company, Steve was punctual and efficient, did a very thorough job and left the area tidy. We had a bunch of old renovation rubbish to dispose of and Steve went above and beyond with no fuss. We made a pile and it was all taken care of for us. Fees were fair and I'd recommend them to others.

Steve was here right before the time. He is playing great with his team, as they helped us out with carrying the dump all along the way from our backyard. We have a few flower pots to be removed. He didn't reject or ignore it but helped us to empty the pots and remove them. What a fabulous teamwork they have! Recommended

Steve did an amazing job at our house for rubbish removal. We booked the job at such short notice and after 3PM on a Friday when all other bin removal agencies say no, but he came in and gave us a fair price for the trash volume.Easy skip hire is prompt, fair, and honest business. Unhappy that we supplied pictures, only for him to arrive and tell us he can't take most of the stuff. He also arrived in the morning when we had booked a 1pm appointment, as we knew we had other errands to attend to which is why we requested collection in the afternoon. He then still came early again at 12.30pm when we weren't home and started loading without us there to discuss the things he was unable to take. If he hadn't already started I would have told him not to bother. Before we got home he had sent a text asking about the items he couldn't take, then immediately tried calling while I was still reading the text message. Impatient. If you're unable to commit to a 1pm appointment that YOU made, don't make one. Total costs were still quite high given our yard is still full of trash. We now need to try and arrange another company to collect the rest and spend even more money.

For the record we did arrive early simply because we input the address for your job into gps by error and when we realised as discussed apologised and went to the correct address. A small mistake with no harm done. Upon arriving back we did NOT start anything. We messaged you as the two pictures we got didn’t clearly show scale or extra timber you were adding. It also didn’t show the turf clearly which isn’t an accepted item which we advised BEFORE making a start. You were advised it’s usually a higher rate however we honoured the LOWER rate. You then said leave the matting and doors, to which you were advised that was 3 cubic metres chargeable. We took 4 metres as GOODWILL. We only started after sending you the update on site and calling not to rush you but to discuss it so you were able to ask any questions, gain clarity and we could gain your guidance. You arrived back and your partner was happy we took an extra cubic metre at no cost. Said he himself thought in person it looked much more than the photo angles we received when I showed him. We also spent 10 minutes discussing that even council doesn’t accept what you had there and how to get rid of it super cheaply. Your partner said great “I have access to a work van so it’s easy to get rid of and the timber I just bought over too”. Thanks mate. Then we get this? Tried calling to discuss to no avail. Sent an sms trying to discuss to no avail. Very sorry you feel this way. Small timing mistakes can happen that’s why we took an extra cubic metre free.
