Recently we successfully completed a large volume of mixed junk and rubbish removal for a well known National high volume home building company in Melbourne.
The job needed a very high level of rubbish removal experience as it had combinations of rubbish in a bulk quantity. We had to clear over 50m3 of scrap metal, timbers, general waste. Along with our domestic customers we work with various commercial clients too which includes shop fitting rubbish removal service.
Some of the metal lengths, overall dimensions and weight meant it had to cut out to fit into a 25m3 bin and our experts made it easy.
Generally speaking, builders, home extension specialists companies and shopfitters have large volumes of hard rubbish. In this specific situation we had plenty of timber and metal to deal with that were over 6m in lengths and some pieces were over 200kg individually amongst a group of such pieces.
Considering the job was a big one, it was planned carefully with greater consideration of SWMS (Safe work method statement) and all staff were briefed, we were able to deliver a clean site on the same day!
List of approx rubbish in size/volume:
- 25m3 (10 ton) scrap steel, cut down, cleared
- 20m3 (12 ton) timber cut down, cleared
- 5m3 general waste, gone
We left the site secured, cleared, clean and took all rubbish on the same day.
